I took on this listing after it sat on the market 6 months last year (2018). The seller was unsure how many showings it acutally had and didn't know what different to do to get it sold. I met him with a market analysis and marketing plan to get it sold. Along with my marketing plan I hired professional photographers who took drone pictures and quality photos. My seller and I are happy to say from 6 months on the market we sold their home in just 60 DAYS!
